	R. K. Duggar
	FCA, DISA, has been in practice since 1974 and has experience of more than 40 years. His articles have been published in leading professional journals and newspaper; He has delivered lectures in professional seminars and at various fora on wide-ranging professional issues. He has been a member of the Taxation Committee of Bharat Chamber of Commerce for the last several years. He has also acted as faculty at the EIRC of ICAI for capacity building of new professionals. He is guiding force of the firm with his vast experience on structuring of inbound & outbound investments and merger & acquisitions, Risk based Management Audits, Statutory audits, Domestic & International Taxation, Corporate Laws, Valuation of shares, due diligence, fraud investigation.

	Vinay Kumar Shraff
	FCA, AICWA, ACS, DISA, Advance Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA( London) with around 20 years of experience. He has also done certificate course in International Taxation from ICAI. He specializes in advisory on inbound and outbound investments, FEMA, International Taxation & Indirect Taxation. He has authored numerous articles published in leading professional journals and have delivered lectures in various seminars. He is faculty with ICAI for their post qualification certificate course in Indirect Taxation and is also Faculty with ICSI for their post qualification management skills orientation program. He was Co-Chairman of Indirect Taxation Committee of Merchant Chamber of Commerce.

	Shiv Kumar Lath
	FCA, is the Partner in charge of the firm's office at New Delhi with a post qualification experience of more than 15 years. He specializes in advisory on domestic & personal taxation, corporate laws, due diligence, Valuation of shares and risk based management audits, Statutory audits. He has also conducted corporate fraud investigation of several leading Indian Companies.
